Description

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading integrated Project Teams responsible for the design, procurement, delivery, and installation of SHINE equipment and construction packages. The Project Manager is responsible for managing dynamic Project Teams in the successful execution of engineering, construction and operations scopes of work. The Project Manager will oversee areas of approved scope; manage project change and risk; drive adherence to the project schedule and budget; and accomplish organizational goals in the most efficient manner practical.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide leadership and oversight for assigned areas of responsibility supporting the engineering, construction and operations organizations Successfully deliver defined scopes of work by driving Project Team adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget Provide strategic and day-to-day guidance on activities for the Project Team to complete work efficiently. Lead regular vendor meetings to coordinate project activities and update project status and schedule Be fully cognizant of the status of the various scopes of work owned by the Project Team and report regularly to SHINE Management Gather input from applicable Managers and other team members to maintain a comprehensive and achievable schedule and generate recovery actions and risk mitigation plans, as needed Lead maintenance of appropriate budgets for scheduled work, working with Finance and applicable Managers Requirements

Technical background with a focus in Engineering, Construction or Plant Operations Ability to manage and drive multiple activities forward, prioritizing them in a way that contributes most to Company success Cooperative approach to problem solving, being open to input from multiple parties Ability to think strategically and take decisive action once the necessary information has been gathered Ability to critically evaluate information and the confidence to ask questions when things don't make sense Outstanding communication and conflict management skills Experience with the Primavera P6 scheduling tools A bachelor's degree with at least four years of project management type experience in a technical field Project management certification is desirable, but not required

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant's ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant's eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
