In this role, you'll drive thedeployment, maintenance, and optimization of client websites, ensuringtop-notch performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate isproficient in DevOps practices, skilled in managing Pantheon's hostingplatform, and adept with tools like New Relic for monitoring. Responsibilities: Deploy and manage WordPress and Drupal websiteson Pantheon, optimizing for performance, reliability, and security. Work closely with development and design teams toroll out new features, updates, and enhancements. Use tools like New Relic to monitor andtroubleshoot website performance issues. Configure and maintain Pantheon environments,including backups, server setups, and issue resolution. Manage WordPress plugins and Drupal modules,ensuring compatibility, security, and efficiency. Deliver prompt, professional technical supportfor client website inquiries or issues. Keep up with the latest trends, best practices,and security updates for WordPress, Drupal, and Pantheon. Automate maintenance tasks, including backups anddisaster recovery processes. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamlesswebsite deployments. Implement caching strategies to supporthigh-traffic scenarios. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in DevOps or weboperations, with a focus on WordPress and Drupal. Strong knowledge of WordPress and Drupalarchitecture, including themes, plugins, and modules. Hands-on experience managing WordPress and Drupalsites on Pantheon. Proficiency with performance monitoring toolslike New Relic. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts inWordPress plugins and Drupal modules. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, orAzure for website hosting. Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CDpipelines. Knowledge of caching techniques for high-trafficwebsites. Familiarity with containerized environments(e.g., Docker) for WordPress and Drupal hosting. Deep understanding of security best practices forWordPress and Drupal. Strong collaboration skills and ability to workindependently. Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention todetail. PreferredQualifications: Advanced experience with New Relic or similarmonitoring tools. Familiarity with modern DevOps tools andworkflows.
