Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Command and Control Integration Analyst assists the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT), and subordinate commands within the 5th MEB task area. The primary mission involves supporting tactical command and control of Marine Corps forces within CENTCOMs AOR in Bahrain. The analyst conducts planning for contingencies and exercises, and supports Naval Integration actions, providing expert analysis for integrating Joint and Service-specific C2 systems to ensure efficient execution of MARCENT OAMS tasks. Specific duties include:
- Providing command and control systems integration and support analysis
- Organizing and synthesizing video displays, links, and access points for rapid access to C2 systems
- Supporting systems such as CPOF, GCCS, IOS, JTCW, Video Teleconference Systems, Palantir, BICES, CENTRIX, SIPR, NIPR, Chat Surfer, Agile Client, CIDNE, SharePoint, and JADC2 systems
Education
HS diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
Minimum ten years of military experience in command and control (C2) systems integration and support, especially within a military or defense setting. Demonstrated expertise in both Joint and Service-specific C2 systems, managing and analyzing data to support the Common Intel/COP, and organizing video and data links for operational decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Expert knowledge of Command and Control (C2) systems
- Ability to manage data output from Joint and Service-specific C2 systems
- Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
Additional Information

- Valid drivers license, insurance, and acceptable driving record required
- Maintain DoD IAT Level 1 or SEC+ certification; Cyber Security Workforce Certification of Security+ required
- Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus
