Job Title: Project Manager with KT experience Duration: 3-6 Months Position 1: - Senior Project Manager responsible for managing and driving the Knowledge Transfer (KT) work stream during account onboarding projects. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IPsoft IPcenter KT work stream for account onboarding and SOP development through automation releases. - SME knowledge of how IPcenter interacts with ITSM systems and how this impacts requirements to ensure correct KT execution. - SME knowledge of how IPcenter’s automation capabilities can reduce workload in IT Operations. - Familiarity with IT Operations and high-level technical knowledge in Server, Network, Middleware, Database, and Storage areas. - Ability to manage 10 or more similar projects simultaneously. - Experience in process development.
