The Program Manager plays a key role within the Institute for Capacity Building team, managing multiple programs and stakeholders at assigned institutions. The Program Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that institutions effectively meet the goals and objectives of relevant programs. This role involves building strong relationships with faculty, staff, and executive-level members of the institution. The Program Manager also fosters a community of practice within the institutional cohort and guides them through program activities.

In addition to program management, the Program Manager assists institutions in managing long-term programmatic goals and developing realistic projections. The role includes collaborating with the institutions accounting department to develop and maintain program budgets. The Program Manager also helps develop strategies and tactics to support institutions in achieving successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead a set of institutions in multiple donor-funded grant programs. The position requires a highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and collaborate effectively when necessary.
