Our Technology Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit according to the specifications below:Responsibilities: Participate in the product life cycle from design to commercial release, working alongside multiple teams Implement knowledge of QA methodologies and adapt existing test automation to meet the needs of the organization in the development process Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, standards, and processes in the development of automated testing scripts Optimize existing test automation framework for support of automated functional testing Collaborate with development engineers and technical support to address product scalability, usability, reliability, and performanceQualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technologies, or Information Management 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and development, with work on entire product lifecycle Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, API and mobile testing, and test automation Experience using standard QA software tools with comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies Strong database skills with hands-on SQL query writing and back-end validation Detail-oriented, likes to solve problems, and seeks many solutions before settling on the best Strong analytical and organizational skillsOur Commitment to Inclusion & BelongingThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
