Patient Volume: Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric % of Practice: 25% Hem, 75% Onc Physicians in Practice: PT Hem Onc, FT Breast Surgeon, FT Surgical Onco, 2 FT Radiation Onc. Duties: - Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests & Images and Prescribes. Required Procedures: - Chemo: Intracavitary-Intrapleural/Peritoneal, etc. - Chemo: Intrathecal, FNA/Biopsy & Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters EMR: Epic Other Info: - Administration of Chemo: Nurse Onc - Do not do chemo in the center; It's 2 miles away in the OP infusion center. - A lot of Spanish-speaking patients; they have interpreters. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active MD License BC/BE MD DEA & CDS BLS or ACLS Local (highly preferred)
