Locum: CRNA Opening in Cadillac, Michigan

Rate: $170/hour
Schedule Negotiable (tell us your preferred schedule)
Details:
Full-time CRNA position with required call rotation
Weekday shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekday call: 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Weekend call: 24-hour shift from 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Independent practice (no supervision)
Regional block and OB experience required
EMR: Plexus
Facility has 5 ORs, Trauma Level III
Average 25 surgical cases per day
Annual ER volume: 23,555
Case types include general surgery, ortho, uro, scopes, and dental
Call is not in-house
OR team includes 4 part-time MDAs and 3 full-time CRNAs
Requirements:
AANA Board Certified
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Active Michigan license at time of submission
Regional block and OB experience
Participation in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS
Clean background for quick credentialing
COVID vaccination required
Availability must be listed at time of name clear

Cadillac, Michigan - located approximately 50 miles southeast of Traverse City and 115 miles north of Grand Rapids.
