Location: Granite Recovery Center Effingham, New Hampshire
Position Type: Full-Time Day Shifts No Weekends Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a clean and welcoming environment? Join our mission-driven team at Granite Recovery Center as a Full-Time Housekeeper and help provide a safe, healthy space for individuals on their journey to recovery. About the Role As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial part in supporting the healing atmosphere of our recovery center. By maintaining cleanliness and order throughout our residential and clinical facilities, you contribute to the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our clients and staff. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, client rooms, bathrooms, offices, and program spaces
• Perform regular sanitation of high-touch surfaces in compliance with health and safety protocols
• Launder linens and ensure timely restocking of supplies throughout the facility
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all housekeeping guidelines
• Treat clients and colleagues with dignity, respect, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience a plus (healthcare or residential setting ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Respectful and comfortable working in a recovery environment
• Must pass background check and drug screening
