Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our talent acquisition

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring

qualified healthcare professionals across a wide range of specialties. You will play a

critical role in ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to support our organization's

mission of delivering quality healthcare services.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, therapists, technicians).
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Paylocity).
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, credentialing, and background check processes.
  • Attend job fairs, healthcare conferences, and networking events to promote employer brand.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand roles and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and a professional recruitment process.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare roles, licensing, and credentialing requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for a hospital, clinic, or healthcare staffing agency.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and workforce challenges.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP
