Position Purpose:

Drives the vision, innovation, standards, and systems architecture to support Identity & Access Management (IAM). Architects software security standards and implementation strategies, including partnering with enterprise architects, applications, and platform teams to design robust, integrated architectures for Identity & Access Management systems and solutions. Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and communicate the long-term vision and strategic plans for IAM. Analyzes business requirements to develop technical working solutions and associated frameworks.

Understands the business and technical requirements to establish IAM architectural designs across business, process and technical viewpoints

Bridges the IAM requirements with the overall business needs by driving meaningful collaboration with enterprise architects, infrastructure, data, and application architects

Analyzes the current state architecture, identifies gaps, and makes suitable recommendations for improvement using IAM best practices against industry standards

Creates and maintains documentation related to identity solutions, processes and procedures, such as documentation related to proofs of concept, tool rationalizations, or feasibility studies

Architects security solutions as it relates to required IAM capabilities for new large, cross platform projects

Provides subject matter expertise and consultation on associated identity solutions, both on prem and cloud, for modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, tools, active directory, privileged account management, synchronization, provisioning, public key infrastructure, and other relevant identity topics

Create and update necessary service designs for IAM applications

Reviews and approves service designs submitted by partner application teams

Leads proof of concept (POC), tool rationalization and feasibility study projects

Capable of identifying dependencies for up and downstream impacts where consultation is warranted

Establishes and contributes towards the creation of new solution patterns within domain

Establishes key success criteria and measures outcomes

Develops and maintains vendor engagement and performance through proactive relationship management and strategic collaboration

Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 - 6 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

Experience in identity and access management technologies in authentication, authorization, and identity governance, such as Active Directory, SailPoint, Ping, etc.

Knowledge of Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions, cloud computing, the use of modern authentication methods (such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect), and API-based integrations for scalable and secure identity management

License/Certification:

CompTIA Security+ Certification preferred

Pay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
