Description and Requirements

We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader to continue driving Lenovo’s transformation in marketing, sales, and partner engagement through AI-powered platforms and world-class digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, execution, and enterprise-wide change, leading high-impact initiatives that define how Lenovo goes to market and connects with customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale Lenovo’s AI transformation strategy across marketing, sales enablement, and partner engagement, focusing on enterprise-grade platforms

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered experiences that unify data, orchestrate content, and drive measurable business outcomes

Partner closely with global marketing, sales, IT, product, legal, and exec leadership to align around customer journey improvements and enterprise adoption

Drive platform innovation with strong product thinking, moving ideas from concept through launch with speed, clarity, and customer focus

Guide responsible AI usage across all go-to-market initiatives, embedding governance and change management best practices

Represent the function in executive forums and influence enterprise-wide decision-making

Ideal Candidate

Visionary product and platform leader with strong enterprise experience

Proven success driving digital and AI transformation within matrixed global organizations

Deep understanding of B2B marketing, sales operations, partner ecosystems, and customer experience

Demonstrated ability to build and scale complex systems, drive adoption, and tell a compelling transformation story

Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across C-suite, technical, and business stakeholders

Comfortable in ambiguity and motivated by results

Basic Qualifications

15+ years in digital transformation, marketing tech, enterprise product leadership, or AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Prior success delivering cross-functional initiatives that blend tech, data, and storytelling

Experience with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and generative AI tools is a plus

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $150k - 190K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
