We're looking for a
driven sales leader
to accelerate the growth of our
Intelligent Paving solutions
within the Western U.S. region. You'll be the strategic link between
Topcon
and
large-scale
paving companies
-building relationships, delivering educational programs, and creating strategies that boost brand recognition, sales, and profitability.
What You'll Do:
Drive sales growth through our dealer channel, strategic accounts and new business development.
Build strong relationships with executives, dealers, and customers.
Host field days, conduct product demos, and lead educational events.
Develop strategic sales plans and long-term business growth strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
Provide weekly sales updates and accurate forecasts.
Travel: 50-70% within your assigned territory
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of sales or application experience in the paving/construction industry.
Strong knowledge of 3D machine control, GPS, or related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter mindset-able to work independently and drive results.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Asphalt paving/road construction experience.
Experience selling 3D machine control systems.
Existing industry network.

Base Pay
:
Expected Base Pay Range: $90,000 to $130,000 Annualized
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.

We also offer time off for our employees to recharge. Our employees are eligible for paid company holidays, paid personal time off, and paid sick time that meets or exceeds state/local requirements.
