Summary: We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience specializing in defense of civil rights, employment discrimination cases, or general liability defense practice. We provide an excellent opportunity to gain extensive experience in litigation in state and federal court and before administrative agencies, as well as training from several experienced litigators. Associate will have own caseload for handling of court appearances, hearings, oral arguments, written and document discovery, and depositions, and will conduct complex legal research and drafting of motions and other written submissions.
Qualifications:
* JD from accredited law school * Admission to practice law in New York * Demonstrated interest in employment discrimination and civil rights/constitutional law litigation and/or general litigation. Former government attorneys welcome.
