Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases, from initial client consultation through trial and resolution. * Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective trial strategies. * Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, including opening statements, examinations, and closing arguments. * Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and colleagues to build strong cases.
