We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting plans, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong leadership, and align recruiting practices with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

* Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. * Collaborate with plant managers and department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans. * Implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events. * Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. * Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. * Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. * Train and mentor junior recruiters and HR staff on best practices and compliance. * Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in hiring practices.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. * Proven success in high-volume recruiting and talent pipeline development. * Experience leading recruiting or HR teams * Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
