We are seeking a Commercial Transaction Attorney to join our Dallas office, with a focus on contract negotiation and review, entity formation, and real estate transactions, and openness to a wide range of transactional experience.
Job Description:
* Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of contracts, agreements, and transactional documents. * Advise clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance matters. * Handle commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents. * Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with business objectives. * Provide timely, thorough, and practical legal advice while maintaining high client service standards.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar membership in good standing. * 3–8 years of experience in commercial transactions, with flexibility to consider candidates with a broader range of transactional backgrounds. * Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects independently while working collaboratively in a team environment. * Commitment to professional excellence, responsiveness, and client-focused service.
