Warehouse Worker - St. Louis, MO
This is a full-time, hourly level position.
Position Summary:
ADM is seeking a laborer for warehouse operations at our American River Transportation Company (ARTCo) terminal in St. Louis, MO.
Job Responsibilities:
Operation of delivery truck to various work locations
Loading/unloading of supplies on docks
Maintain truck in state of readiness and cleanliness to company standards
Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies
Re-stocking of incoming supplies to appropriate storage
Completing boat orders
Communicate with managers when orders are received
Complete inventory counts and receiving electronically
General housekeeping of all storage areas and, including cleaning and maintaining inventory organization
Make local parts runs as need and daily mail runs
Report all injuries, illnesses, near misses, damage or other issues timely
Additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested
Job Requirements:
Ability to follow direction and execute tasks under the supervision of the shift leads and managers with minimal supervision
Must hold or be able to obtain a Class E license. If you do not already have a Class E license, you must apply for one within 30 days of accepting the position
Must be able to operate a fork lift with training provided by the Company
Working knowledge river systems knowledge including, but not limited to, reading and understanding boat traffic
Working knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents
Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the operations
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to work in all types of environments indoors and outdoors

Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Current Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card required.
If you do not have a TWIC card upon hire, you must apply for one within 5 days
** Physical Requirements:**
Standing for prolonged periods of time
Frequent heavy lifting up to 50lbs
Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending and climbing stairs/ladders
Ability to work near or on large bodies of water, at various heights and in confined spaces
Ability to climb in and out of hatches as needed

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
