HEPCO, Inc.
This position will provide technical and analytical support for the business processes associated with the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) organization, supporting the Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicles, and Solar program teams.
Prepare and post invoices, coordinate with vendors to reconcile discrepancies, and provide payment updates. Create journal entries as needed. Provide technical support, including developing and submitting purchase requisitions and change order requests. Conduct QA/QC calls with customers for various CES program teams to verify and validate work completed by vendors. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including creating and posting journal entries, performing variance analysis, creating ad hoc analysis, and supporting investment recovery month-end revenue processing. Maintain the CES training catalog and matrix, assign training to CES associates, and report on training records. Monitor vendor project commitment status and generate reports. Assist with ongoing programs including the Intern Program, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and All Hands meetings. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Specific Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or, in lieu of degree, a minimum of 2 years financial administrative experience. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent customer interaction skills to resolve invoicing issues. Ability to manage relationships with vendor representatives and exchange information for all project-related work. Adaptability to various responsibilities and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Desired:
Experience with contracts, Ariba, SAP, Catalyst, etrack+, and emPower. Strong analytical skills. Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Motivation to be challenged, expand knowledge, and take on more responsibility over time.
