We are seeking a highly experienced
Construction Integration Manager
to supervise, coordinate, and drive production operations for complex construction initiatives. This role involves overseeing daily workflows, implementing process improvements, ensuring quality standards, and managing personnel to achieve project goals efficiently. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from
project to program to portfolio level
and possesses strong technical and scheduling expertise.
Top 3 Must-Have Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite
(advanced proficiency)
Microsoft Project
- must be able to read, interpret, and schedule (P6 experience not required)
AutoCAD
- ability to review, update, and interpret design documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of production and operating personnel in construction operations.
Implement strategies to motivate employees, improve workflows, enhance equipment performance, ensure product quality, and increase efficiency.
Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot production and processing issues in collaboration with technical and administrative teams.
Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems; analyze performance data to identify and resolve problems.
Manage the hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline of staff; address personnel concerns and grievances.
Set and enforce quality standards for deliverables to ensure compliance with specifications.
Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and personnel records.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of construction processes, raw materials, production workflows, and quality control principles.

Proficiency in technical design principles, blueprint reading, and precision plan development.
Preferred Experience:
Demonstrated progression managing initiatives from
project
to
program
to
portfolio
level.
Experience in large-scale construction or integration projects.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
8-10 years
of relevant experience in construction supervision or integration management.
