Job Overview: The IT Project Manager IV will be responsible for maintaining information technology strategies by managing staff, researching, and implementing technological strategic solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, effective team communication, and the ability to handle time, budget, and risk management plans. The position will involve working on the INFORM GROUNDSTAR REALTIME STAFF project for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities: Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Direct technological research by studying organizational goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and the data center. Verify application results by conducting system audits of implemented technologies. Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures, as well as information security and control structures. Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements. Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. Stay current on state-of-the-art practices to maintain professional and technical knowledge. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction. PMP Certification. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Excel, or MS Project. Basic technical knowledge and experience with project report updates. Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $75 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
