What would you do as a Early Education Administrator

Assist the Early Education Team in producing accurate and timely invoices, reports, and deliverables that support Early Education programs at UWSN, including the Nevada Ready! State Pre-K Program. The position is responsible for coordinating with the UWSN Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely submission of reimbursement requests, grant-related reports, assessment results, and other related documentation to partners. The Administrator will work with the Early Education and Finance Teams to ensure excellence in audits and ongoing financial monitoring of the Nevada Ready! State Pre-K / ECILP Expansion Programs. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL

DUTIES OF POSITION An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below: 1. Support Early Education Program Team with invoice reconciliation and processing before submission to the Finance Team; Work closely with Senior Director 2. Coordinate with Early Education Team and Finance Team to ensure timely submission of monthly reimbursement requests to funders 3. Monthly administration of back up documentation from early childhood education centers 4. Provide technical assistance to Nevada Ready partners related to budgeting, invoicing, and administrative requirements of program 5. Interact and work with Early Education community partners to build collaboration and improve service delivery systems. 6. Support Early Education Program Team with maintaining and auditing documentation based on program requirements (student/child files; program policies; teacher credentials; and other reports/documents as required by the grant) 7. Data collection and entry in Early Childhood dashboards identified by program requirements (Infinite Campus; ; Kaymbu/COR; etc.) 8. Other Administrative responsibilities as assigned including support for UWSN Front Office coverage. 9. Early Education experience preferred Join our team today!
