We are a growing security installation company specializing in CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep our projects and office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing, billing, accounts
payable/receivable,
and bank reconciliations in QuickBooks. Schedule installations and service calls; coordinate meetings using Outlook/Teams. Handle customer inquiries and vendor communications. Maintain employee records, timesheets, and payroll. Order supplies/equipment and prepare project
documentation/contracts. Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams). Previous
administrative/accounting
experience preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with the security systems or data cabling industry a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
