Our Engineering Department is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to manage and drive construction projects forward. This role is responsible for both new and ongoing construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved, communication strategies are effectively executed, and client satisfaction is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Conduct regular meetings with team members to identify, address, and resolve project-related issues
Submit project deliverables in accordance with established quality standards
Manage and communicate change requests, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of impacts to scope, schedule, and budget
Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), labor budgets, and pre-job packages
Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements
Secure customer acceptances or project deliverables
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Proven ability to lead project teams of varying sizes and drive projects to successful completion
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and best practices
Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, architectural plans, and structural calculations
Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
