At a Glance:
Quality Control Inspector - 2nd Shift
Location:
Cincinnati, OH (just south of Terrace Park)
Pay Rate:
$20-$21/hour + Great Benefits
Shift:
2nd Shift - 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Training on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks)
Type:
Temp-to-Hire (90 days)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods.
Read and interpret blueprints, product specifications, and test procedures.
Use precision measuring tools and instruments to evaluate quality.
Record inspection results using both computer systems and written reports.
Report any quality issues or deviations to supervisors or production leaders.
Collaborate with team members across multiple production lines.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company guidelines.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Assist in product testing and various special projects as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two years of related trade school training or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
Basic computer proficiency (Windows & MS Office).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications.
Professional demeanor and ability to respond to both verbal and non-verbal cues appropriately.

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $21.00 per hour
