Are you ready to launch your manufacturing career? We’re hiring motivated individuals for the 1st shift at our clean, well-organized facility near Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. No prior experience? No problem! We provide paid, hands-on training so you can learn on the job.
Shift & Pay:Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | $16.00/hr
Your Responsibilities:Feed and unload production machines, handling materials safely Operate assembly and lamination equipment accurately Inspect, label, and package products, ensuring quality standards Record production and inspection data as required Maintain cleanliness in your work area Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Collaborate with your team to identify process improvements
Qualifications:Reliable transportation (facility not accessible by bus) Ability to stand, move, and use your hands throughout the shift Willingness to learn and follow instructions in English Dependable with good attendance and a team-oriented attitude
