THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING A growing and agile technology team responsible for Salesforce Customer 360 implementation Focused on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions supporting customer and internal experiences Collaborative, cross-functional environment including Developers, BAs, Admins, DevOps, and Product Owners WHAT THEY OFFER YOU Opportunity to lead QA efforts on high-impact Salesforce initiatives Hands-on experience with modern tools and platforms: Salesforce, AWS, Jira, Azure DevOps, ACCELQ A role with continuous learning and mentorship opportunities in a fast-paced, Agile setting WHERE IS IT LOCATED: Charlotte, NC - On-site WHAT YOU WILL DO: Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for Salesforce 360 (Sales, Service, CPQ, Data Cloud, etc.) Validate API integrations and data flows between Salesforce and AWS-based systems Collaborate on Agile ceremonies and defect triage using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps Contribute to automation framework expansion and continuous QA process improvement Support test environment setup, monitoring, and test data management HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED: 3+ years of QA Engineering experience with Salesforce ecosystem exposure Hands-on experience testing across Customer 360 platforms and AWS integrations Skilled in writing detailed test cases and automation scripts (preferably with ACCELQ) Proficient in API testing, Agile methodology, and defect lifecycle tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) Strong analytical mindset and communication skills; Salesforce certifications are a plus #LI-HW1 #ONSITE
