Pay Information $2,337 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Emergency Room (ER) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years current ED experience required License: Iowa Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: TNCC preferred, BSN preferred, Traveler must have their own vehicle Description: The emergency department is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a timely manner. Whether patients arrive with a broken bone, stomach pains, or a more serious condition, we provide excellent care. We strive to alleviate fears and concerns by giving frequent progress reports on diagnoses and treatment plans. Emergency facilities feature comfortable treatment rooms and streamlined admissions. Board-certified emergency medicine physicians are available 24 hours a day. We utilize the latest imaging equipment and offer 24-hour laboratory services. Skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced staff are trained in emergency medicine. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Travelers must be willing to float to medical surgical units as needed. This need is prevalent within the emergency department. Previous travel experience is preferred. Travelers should not work in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment.
