As we expand our services into TikTok, we're seeking a dynamic hybrid talent to lead client accounts and creative planning with deep knowledge of the platform and content that converts.
Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, organized, and creator-savvy TikTok Brand Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of TikTok-focused content strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for short-form video, influencer coordination, and brand storytelling, who knows how to guide creators and strategists toward results. You will not need Amazon experience to succeed, but experience in eCommerce or DTC brand-building is a plus.
You'll work cross-functionally with our internal strategists, creators, and brand owners to ensure content is aligned with campaign goals, production timelines, and platform best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Strategy Delivery Rate: Timely and effective implementation of strategies
- Client Satisfaction with Strategy: Feedback from clients on strategy effectiveness and satisfaction
- Responsibilities:
- Onboarding:
- Be a key player in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, goals, and market positioning to inform strategy development
Auditing: - Perform comprehensive audits of client accounts, analyzing performance metrics, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) to inform strategy recommendations.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop customized brand strategies that align with client objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data-driven insights and industry best practices to formulate effective strategies for brand growth and visibility.
- Generate insightful and actionable reports on audit findings, outlining recommended strategies and action plans.
- Define weekly and monthly content themes, brand voice, and visual direction.
- Ensure each TikTok strategy is aligned with the client's KPIs, product priorities, and trend relevance.
- Stay current on TikTok trends, creator innovations, and algorithm updates.
- Strategy Explanation:
- Clearly communicate and explain proposed strategies to clients, addressing questions, concerns, and expectations.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign timelines, performance notes, and creator feedback.
- Review and provide initial QA on TikTok drafts to ensure they align with strategy.
- Flag brand or guideline misalignments and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Help develop and maintain TikTok brand playbooks per client.
- Optimization and Iteration:
- Analyze strategy performance based on internal reporting to identify opportunities for optimization and iteration.
- Proactively adjust strategies based on evolving market dynamics, client feedback, and performance metrics
- Assign tasks and coordinate timelines with content creators.
- Track asset submissions, edits, and approvals using ClickUp or other PM tools.
- Onboarding:
- Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a project manager, producer, or coordinator role (social media or digital content focus).
- Proven familiarity with TikTok content, trends, and what performs organically on the platform.
Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple moving parts across clients or creators. - Experience working in tools like ClickUp, Slack, G-Suite, and Dropbox (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to give creative feedback.
- Comfort in working with both creative teams and performance strategists.
- Bonus: Experience managing freelancers or influencers.
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce, DTC brands, or paid social campaigns.
- Familiarity with video editing platforms (CapCut, TikTok Editor, etc.).
- Understanding of KPIs like engagement rate, view-through rate, and cost-per-view (if campaigns are paid-supported).
