- Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and procedures
- Determine the amount and type of food and supplies needed using production systems
- Ensure availability of food and supplies for timely preparation
- Set up and maintain the steam table and food stations for meal service
- Properly store, label, and rotate food to maintain safety and freshness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper cleaning of equipment
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to supervisor promptly
- Coordinate food production with meal service times to ensure proper temperature, taste, and presentation
- Complete daily production records accurately
- Starting Pay: $18/hour

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be 18 & over
- Prior experience in a similar food service role
- Working knowledge of food preparation techniques and commercial kitchen operations
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must hold a valid food handler's permit (or obtain one before starting)
