LHH is excited to partner with a dynamic and values-driven organization in search of a Treasury/Accounting Specialist. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative finance team focused on optimizing cash operations and expense management processes.
What You'll Do
As a Treasury/Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing daily cash activities and supporting expense workflows. You'll collaborate across departments including finance, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth and compliant financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report daily cash positions and assist with short-term funding needs
- Administer the corporate card program, including user setup, issue resolution, and vendor coordination
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts
- Support the payment proposal process with a focus on segregation of duties and accuracy
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Contribute to forecasting and cash flow modeling efforts
- Maintain documentation and reporting for financial instruments and regulatory filings
- Process vendor invoices with proper coding and support vendor onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams and other departments as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners
- A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in expense management or corporate card administration is a plus
