Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Location: Universal City, CA (HYBRID)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Summary
This role supports the SVP and two VPs of Integrated Marketing, contributing to the development and execution of custom integrated content for approximately 12-15 theatrical film releases annually. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, creative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Oversee timelines, track key deadlines, coordinate asset delivery, and manage post-production workflows to ensure seamless execution across campaigns.
  • Asset Management & Distribution
    • Facilitate the distribution of film assets and marketing materials to internal teams and external partners.
  • Documentation & Systems Maintenance
    • Maintain department decks, records, and systems including:
      • Integrated Marketing department presentation deck
      • Frame.io content management system
      • Master spreadsheets, trackers, and archival records
  • Presentation Development
    • Create presentation materials for filmmakers and brand partners.
  • Budget & Invoicing
    • Track and manage production budgets; process invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Liaise with internal departments such as media, digital, publicity, creative advertising, research, legal, music, and brand partnerships.
  • Content Shoot Support
    • Coordinate pre-shoot logistics with partners
    • Provide on-site support and note-taking as needed
    • Oversee post-shoot footage delivery
    • Demonstrate strong written communication through professional emails, campaign recaps, and occasional copywriting

Basic Requirements
Experience
  • Manager: 3+ years
  • Sr. Manager: 5+ years
  • Background in entertainment, marketing, or a related field
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly skilled in Keynote or PowerPoint

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
