Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Location: Universal City, CA (HYBRID)

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee timelines, track key deadlines, coordinate asset delivery, and manage post-production workflows to ensure seamless execution across campaigns.
- Asset Management & Distribution
- Facilitate the distribution of film assets and marketing materials to internal teams and external partners.
- Documentation & Systems Maintenance
- Maintain department decks, records, and systems including:
- Integrated Marketing department presentation deck
- Frame.io content management system
- Master spreadsheets, trackers, and archival records
- Maintain department decks, records, and systems including:
- Presentation Development
- Create presentation materials for filmmakers and brand partners.
- Budget & Invoicing
- Track and manage production budgets; process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal departments such as media, digital, publicity, creative advertising, research, legal, music, and brand partnerships.
- Content Shoot Support
- Coordinate pre-shoot logistics with partners
- Provide on-site support and note-taking as needed
- Oversee post-shoot footage delivery
- Demonstrate strong written communication through professional emails, campaign recaps, and occasional copywriting
Basic Requirements
Experience
- Manager: 3+ years
- Sr. Manager: 5+ years
- Background in entertainment, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly skilled in Keynote or PowerPoint
