We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our exceptional team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests with efficiency, warmth, and attention to detail, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing The Bastion Collection’s culinary and beverage philosophy.
Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an elevated and memorable experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
Uphold all state and local liquor laws and responsible service standards.
Assist in creating seasonal cocktails, wine pairings, and beverage specials in collaboration with the Beverage Manager.
Accurately process orders, handle payments, and manage tabs using the POS system.
Monitor and manage inventory, notifying management of any shortages or special requests.
Support the service team during peak hours to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and accuracy.
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations and commitment to upholding them.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry trays or bar equipment.
