**Description:**
The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the production and execution of food products and supervising the culinary team in the absence of the Sous Chef. This role includes cooking, preparing, and garnishing food. The Supervisor may work in either a catering culinary setting or a standard restaurant on the property.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef
- Assist in the preparation and daily production of restaurant, room service, and outlet menus
- Ensure adherence to resort, state, and federal food health and safety standards
- Strive to produce high-quality, consistent food products
- Under the direction of the chef, monitor and maintain ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Rate of Pay:** $20/hr (Dependent on Experience)
**Qualifications**
**Working Conditions:**
- Must be able to walk, climb in and out of, and operate a vehicle frequently, with occasional stair climbing.
- Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull, and carry up to 15 lbs. frequently, up to 25 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Must be capable of performing repetitive hand and arm movements, pushing and pulling, and simple grasping frequently, with squeezing, overhead reaching, and fine manipulation occasionally.
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently.
