Job Description :

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoice Processing: Receive and review invoices for goods and services, ensuring they are accurate and comply with company policies and procedures.
Payment Processing: Process payments to vendors, including issuing checks, electronic transfers, and processing credit card payments, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing any inquiries or issues regarding payments and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Expense Reporting: Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and timely reimbursement to employees.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and vendor information.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor payment histories, to support decision-making and financial planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
3-6 years of Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
CPA preferred
Proficient in NetSuite, Oracle, and advanced Excel skills
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.

Base Pay Range :

$25 - $27.50 per hour

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
