New Jersey, Jersey City 05/19/2025 Contract Active Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Architect specializing in MuleSoft and data engineering to design, develop, and manage enterprise integration solutions. This role demands extensive experience in MuleSoft development and migration, a solid foundation in microservices architecture, and strong capabilities in AWS cloud services and data management. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience and demonstrate the ability to collaborate across teams, ensuring robust and scalable integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain MuleSoft integration components using Anypoint Platform. Lead and execute Mule 3 to Mule 4 migration projects. Design and implement complex integrations following API-led connectivity and MuleSoft best practices. Manage the full API lifecycle and develop integrations using DataWeave. Architect and develop scalable microservices-based applications. Utilize AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) to support cloud-based deployments. Oversee data architecture including storage, processing, and analytics ensuring data integrity and performance. Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders. Continuously assess emerging technologies to improve system capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Hands-on experience in: MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 3 to 4 migration API-led connectivity and API lifecycle management DataWeave scripting SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Preferred Qualifications MuleSoft MCD Certification (Mule 4) – Required Additional MuleSoft certifications in API Design and Integration Professional – Preferred Experience with Mule Runtime Fabric – Nice to have AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Experience in the insurance industry or related domains Familiarity with Terraform, Jenkins, Git, and monitoring tools such as Sumologic or NewRelic #J-18808-Ljbffr
