We collaborate with leading silicon vendors to optimize Ubuntu on their platforms, integrating new features and performance improvements while maintaining a consistent user experience. As an Engineering Manager, you should be an outstanding developer, comfortable reviewing patches and design specs. You will promote healthy engineering practices, documentation, quality, and performance, leading your team to deliver high-quality designs and code. This role involves line management, career development, representing your team and product technically, and fostering collaboration with other teams and customers. You will influence company culture, facilitate technical delivery, and work on strategy and execution. Location: This is a globally remote position with openings in every time zone.
