Job Description and Requirements Responsibilities: End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Manage the software experience of Motorola smartphones throughout planning, development, launch, and upgrade phases. This involves understanding end-user needs, guiding technical development, organizing teams for demand analysis, architecture design, development, testing, and implementation, and leading the team to enhance product competitiveness and user experience. Software Requirement Management: Collaborate with the global software product team, follow planning processes, focus on user needs, improve specifications, track function integration, issue resolution, and requirement changes to ensure smooth software delivery. Market and Technology Trends: Stay updated on industry software trends, innovative technologies, and continuously improve product functionalities through iterative planning. Design Philosophy: Apply full-chain design principles—designing for end users, marketing, and retail—into all actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher. At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in the smartphone industry. Over 3 years of AI software product management experience, with strong product knowledge, data analysis skills, and project management abilities. Preferred Skills: Strong learning ability, responsibility, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, PRD documentation, and familiarity with product prototype interaction design. The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $163,000, with potential bonuses and commissions.
