Title: SAP S4 Senior Cutover Project Manager Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC (or willing to travel on-site Monday through Thursday) Duration: 6 months Description Lead cutover planning and execution for SAP S/4HANA go-lives. Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to develop the integrated cutover plan. Manage cutover activities including system shutdowns, data migrations, validations, and communications. Monitor critical milestones and ensure timely completion of all cutover tasks. Identify and mitigate cutover-related risks and issues. Conduct cutover rehearsals and mock runs to ensure readiness. Provide regular status updates to program leadership. Ensure compliance with change management and release processes. Requirements SAP project experience, with at least 3 years in cutover management. Proven experience managing cutovers for large SAP S/4HANA programs. Strong understanding of SAP modules and technical components. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Experience in high-pressure go-live environments. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
