HDR Engineering is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to join our expanding TMT (Tech, Media and Telecom) practice. Locations include Atlanta, Austin, Bellevue, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Newark, New York, Omaha, Orlando, Pennington, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, Sacramento/Folsom, San Antonio, Walnut Creek. Primary Responsibilities Manage client development and data center project delivery, overseeing projects from planning through commissioning. Develop and secure new work, manage multidisciplinary teams, and work closely with regional managers and global clients. Some travel required. Additional Duties include Mentoring/Managing: Grow teams, coordinate work, mentor staff, recruit and retain mission-critical staff. Marketing: Establish client relations, participate in marketing, develop proposals, promote HDR, collaborate on business strategies. Technical: Ensure quality standards, manage project teams, control project scope and budget, forecast, invoice, and prepare proposals. Perform other duties as needed. Travel to sites or offices may be required. Qualifications Minimum 5 years leadership in site programming, project planning, design, construction, or commissioning. Experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of industry standards like Uptime Topology, ASHRAE TC 9.9, PUE, CUE, WUE. Experience with software such as Newforma Project Center or ProjectWise. Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years in project management.
