Act as an advocate for patients and ensure program compliance with Montefiore policies and procedures. Responsible for special projects, leading and supporting initiatives within the department, Montefiore Medical Center, Montefiore Health System, and external vendors. Manage project finances and budgets to maximize investment and efficiency. Gather, maintain, and report various data and reports. Support larger Network Performance Group initiatives as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree required Bachelor's degree preferred At least 5 years of work experience required Experience with project management and quality initiatives Excellent critical thinking, written, oral, and presentation skills Demonstrated commitment to professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills as required Ability to present clinical outcomes data for healthcare delivery systems, emphasizing measurable clinical metrics Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
