Job Duties and Responsibilities This role will cover the Heartland Region, based out of Nashville TN. Help customers and team overcome challenges to drive secure, modern security outcomes. Develop and maintain data protection architecture, including backup, disaster recovery, and encryption. Design and implement data lifecycle management, governance, and compliance solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer. Simplify messaging and enable vendors for field sales. Create multi-vendor architectures and solutions. Engage in thought leadership activities: speaking, blogging, podcasts, conferences. Assist in creating proposals and presentations. Learn and evangelize WWT’s differentiators. Familiarize account teams with Data Protection solutions and messaging. Participate in lab design and buildout at the ATC. Define POC and Customer Engagement guidelines. Knowledge of Information Security Standards (NIST, PCI, HIPAA, etc.) and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
