The Member Services Associate serves as the face of the NAC, delivering world-class service and hospitality to our members and guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient experience at all key member touchpoints-including check-in, service inquiries, and issue resolution.

The Member Services Associate serves as the face of the NAC, delivering world-class service and hospitality to our members and guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient experience at all key member touchpoints-including check-in, service inquiries, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet members and guests with a professional, positive attitude
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on NAC amenities, programs, and events
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle membership cancellations in person, over the phone, and via email; work to resolve concerns constructively
- Actively listen to member needs and provide thoughtful, tailored responses
- Resolve member concerns by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and following through to resolution-escalating when necessary
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and membership paperwork
- Promote NAC programs, services, and events to enhance the overall member experience
- Collaborate across departments to maintain high levels of member satisfaction and consistent service delivery
- Enforce club policies and ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and professional
- Consistently represent NAC values of wellness, hospitality, and excellence in every interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Passion for health, wellness, and providing outstanding service
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs for light cleaning or event setup
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy fitness environment
