What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and team members to understand business needs - Work in an Agile environment to develop features and user stories based on requirements - Facilitate requirements gathering and document source to target data mappings - Lead backlog refinement sessions to prepare user stories for prioritization - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while collaborating with Application BSAs

What is Required (Qualifications): - Must be available and ready to work directly as an employee of the employer - Proven experience in business systems analysis and Agile methodologies - Proficient in key EDW technologies, including Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau - Strong ability to document technical requirements and manage product backlogs - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Previous experience in a lead business systems analyst role - Familiarity with Agile practices and tools - Experience managing product backlogs in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of data mapping and user story development - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
