They serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, handle transactions, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all alcohol safety and event policies.This is a seasonal part-time role from August 4, 2025 to November 4, 2025.This role pays an hourly rate of $2.13 and is tip eligible.This position will remain open until November 4, 2025.Serve beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to festival guestsCheck IDs and follow all alcohol service regulationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of bar stationsRestock supplies such as cups, ice, and garnishes as neededHandle cash and POS transactions accuratelyCommunicate with barbacks and supervisors for supportFollow health and safety protocols at all timesDeliver excellent customer service with a positive attitudeReport any issues or incidents to supervisors immediatelyMust be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on state alcohol laws)Previous experience in bartending or bar service preferred, but not requiredAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a loud, outdoor, and fast-paced environmentMust be punctual, reliable, and a team playerTABC or other state alcohol certification (if applicable)At OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
