Koch is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team in either Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong critical thinking abilities to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and oversight.

What You Will Do
- Partner with internal global service teams to oversee and ensure timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to resolve payroll issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- Use critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Work with payroll leadership to implement automation and standardization.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience leading payroll processing and analysis.
- Experience improving payroll accuracy.
- Experience with payroll software, data analysis, and reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with SAP, Kronos, and/or Dayforce.
