Key Responsibilities

• Convert complex financial data into insights that inform strategic planning and boost profitability
• Lead monthly financial reviews and deliver insights to support executive decisions
• Own budgeting and forecasting processesvalidate inputs, assess trends, and deliver high-confidence projections
• Build and maintain dynamic KPI dashboards using BI tools
• Partner with operational teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Drive automation and workflow improvements using tools like SQL, Excel macros, or Domo
• Support ad-hoc analysis to guide key business initiatives and performance improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
• 24 years in financial analysis or FP&A roles
• Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, macros, data models)
• Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools like Domo, Power BI, or Tableau
• Proven background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in staffing, services, or Salesforce is a bonus
