We want to hear from you!About Kernersville Veterinary Hospital:We are a small animal hospital equipped with two exam rooms and two surgical suites, plus a dedicated dental stationOur services include general wellness care, dentistry, diagnostic services, surgery, laser therapy, travel certificates, and end-of-life careWe offer in-house ultrasounds, digital radiographic diagnostics, tonopen procedures, and an in-house laboratory to support fast and accurate diagnosis and treatmentCompensation: Up to $140,000 base salary plus production bonusesLeadership and sign on bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, ancillary coverage & 401kAttractive PTO and a rotating schedule which will provide a healthy work-life balance from large blocks of days off, including weekends and no on-call hours required$2500 in CE and in addition we will pay for Licensing, DEA, dues & feesThe Day to Day:Provide medical leadership and direction to the veterinary teamOversee the quality of care and medical protocols across the hospitalFoster a positive, supportive environment that promotes learning, collaboration, and teamworkEnsure exceptional client service and educationWork closely with hospital management to meet financial and operational goalsMaintain a regular schedule of clinical duties alongside leadership responsibilitiesSkills and Basic Qualifications:Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university · Prior leadership experienceActive North Carolina veterinary license (or ability to obtain)Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethicsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA team-oriented leader who motivates and mentors othersPassion for client education and delivering excellent patient careFor more information, please visit our website
