Examine damaged vehicle and efficiently plan repair process. Communicate with team members regarding vehicle repair status. Perform quality repairs while adhering to time schedules. Decide on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time. Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components, and trim to access vehicle and fenders. Participate in all required safety meetings. File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools. Supervise and guide apprentices or repair personnel when needed, explaining procedures and resolving issues. Qualifications
Ability to operate a frame machine. Certification in body repair preferred. Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer. I-CAR welding certification preferred. Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data. Ability to supervise repair personnel. Must pass a thorough background check. Benefits

The role is paid on a commission/flag rate structure, with guaranteed minimum wages meeting local requirements. The listed pay range reflects typical full-time earnings. Pay Range
Minimum: USD $65,000/year Maximum: USD $158,760/year
