We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of IT Operations for our North American operations based in Perrysburg, United States, on a hybrid basis. This pivotal role will lead our IT infrastructure and operations program, ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and efficient IT services across the region. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, data centers and telecommunications Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and performance Ensure compliance with IT security policies, industry regulations, and North American standards Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business objectives Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans Monitor and report on key performance indicators for IT operations Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Extensive experience in IT operations management, with a proven track record of success Demonstrated experience in project management and budget oversight Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization In-depth understanding of North American IT regulations and compliance standards Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and drive innovation Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and successful project implementations Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment

What we offer at O-I: Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is targeted to bebetween $111,090 - $138,860 USD. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. O-I offers a very generous benefit package – some of the highlights are: 10 paid holidays each year
